Eganville Curling Club in the Santa Clause Parade

For the first time, the Eganville Curling Club put an entry into the Santa Clause parade in Eganville. The parade itself was a great success with over 50 entrants. We won ‘Best Walking Group” as we didn’t have an actual float, just an old convertible and a rolling curling rock that we ‘Hurried Hard’ through the town. Thanks to our junior members Mercedes and Julia for handing out all the candy; we generated some interest and might even see new members come out. Plans and schemes are starting for next year!!
